Il sorpasso 1962

Roberto, a shy law student, finds himself drawn into “la dolce vita” against his will. Bruno, a capricious and eccentric millionaire, takes him on a road trip through Rome and Tuscany. They spend just two days together and visit each other’s families. During this short time, Roberto matures and unexpectedly realizes that Bruno—who appears to be lucky and content with his life—is, in fact, a deeply unhappy man.
