The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford 2007

Missouri, September 1881. A young Robert Ford, who isn’t particularly brave, joins the gang of the famous Jesse James. To the young man, Jesse is a true legend whom he idolizes. However, over time, Robert’s attitude toward his idol gradually changes for the worse. Later, the ruthless James—who is being hunted by the authorities—begins killing members of his gang to eliminate unwanted witnesses. Ford, backed into a corner and outraged by the leader’s behavior, decides to kill him.
