1986. Andrei Evilenko combines all the most disgusting and terrible qualities of a Soviet citizen and human being in general. He is kicked out of school for seducing female students, after which he gets a job at the railroad department. In his new job he spends most of his time writing complaints against his colleagues, and in the evenings he walks the empty streets of a small provincial town in search of new victims. Now he not only rapes children, but also brutally kills them, and sometimes even eats the bodies. Investigator Vadim Leziev for a long eight years trying to find a crazy serial killer, but he is too clever and cunning to leave any traces. However, one day he manages to get on the trail of a psychopath.
