Jack is a sound engineer at a movie studio that makes second-rate horror movies. One day, while dubbing another movie, he hears strange noises and records them. It turns out that this is the sound of gunfire and a punctured tire of a car involved in an accident that killed a candidate for the U.S. presidency. Jack has proof on his hands that the car crash was not an accident, and an entire political group is against him.
