Gargamel creates Crepey and Splinter, an evil Smurf-like couple, hoping to gain magical powers after all. When he discovers that only a true smurf can give him what he wants, and only Smurfette can turn Krepysh and Zanoza into true smurfs, Gargamel kidnaps Smurfette and takes her to Paris, planning to make her his maid. But the Smurfs - Papa, Rusty, Grumpy, Handsome - and their friends from New York won't let it go.
