Hitler's Germany. A little shy 10-year-old Johannes Betsler, a member of the Hitler Youth and a big fan of the official course, has a best friend - an imaginary Adolf Hitler. Although the boy himself can not yet learn to tie his shoelaces, he goes for a weekend to a military-patriotic camp, where, not daring to kill a rabbit, gets the nickname Jojo Rabbit.
