The Green Ray 1986

Just before her departure for Greece, the young heroine, Delphine, a Parisian, is told by her friends that they’re going without her, and she’s left on her own. Trying to fill the suddenly empty vacation time, Delphine goes first to one set of friends, then to another, then to the sea, to the mountains, and back to the sea—but it’s all in vain; everywhere she goes, she finds only emotional loneliness. Will a green ray—a ray of hope—ever shine for Delphine as well...?
