Mothra 1961

Rescuers find survivors of a recent shipwreck on Beiru Island, where nuclear weapons tests had previously been conducted. To their surprise, the survivors show no signs of radiation exposure. While exploring the island, scientists encounter many strange things, as well as two tiny fairies, whom the expedition leader decides to kidnap and take off the island. But unfortunately for him, the pair has a telepathic connection with a giant moth named Motra, who immediately flies to the rescue of his fairies.
